What is Instant Response?

Instant Response is Cargado's automated negotiation tool. Set your max rate when posting, and the platform handles bidding for you — accepting bids at or below your target, countering bids slightly above, and rejecting bids far above.

How It Works

Set your max rate when posting, and Cargado automatically:

1. Posts a "Book Now" rate — Slightly below your max to attract bids
2. Auto-accepts — Bids at or below your target
3. Auto-counters — Bids slightly above your target
4. Auto-rejects — Bids far above your target

After the initial automated counter, follow-up bids from the same carrier must be reviewed manually.
