2. You get notified via push, email, app, or dashboard
3. You review & bid your all-in rate
4. Broker responds — accept, counter, or reject
5. You match and connect directly with the broker
6. You deliver and build the relationship

About Freight Filters

Your load board actively filters results based on your Carrier Organization profile — including specialized attributes like hazmat and overweight. You only see freight that matches your actual capabilities.

• To adjust filters for yourself individually, click Customize in the top right of the load board
• For additional filter options, select More filters at the bottom of the search dialog
• To update your default filters, go to Settings → Organization → Operations </aside>

What Matters Most

• Speed wins — Carriers who respond in minutes beat those who check once a day. Enable notifications and respond fast.
• Your all-in rate matters — Include everything: fuel, tolls, border crossings, wait time. Brokers want transparency.
• Build relationships — Consistent performance on matched loads leads to recurring freight and better rates.
• Know your freight types — Cross-border, LTL, and power-only each have different requirements. Make sure you understand what you're bidding on.
