Overview

After Cargado approves you, individual brokers will require their own carrier onboarding. This is standard across the industry. Each broker needs to verify your authority, set up payment terms, collect insurance certificates, and execute their carrier agreement. This guide explains what to expect, which documents brokers typically require, how long it takes, and how to speed up the process. Once you're onboarded with a broker, future loads with them are instant.
