Create a Team

1. Click the dropdown next to your username
2. Select Teams
3. Click Create Team and enter a unique name
4. Add team members (they must have already accepted their Cargado invite)

Team Notifications

By default, all team members and the manager receive notifications for freight posted by the team.

You can change this so only the poster receives notifications:

1. Go to team settings
2. Toggle notification preferences
3. Save changes

Assigning Teams to Workspaces

Teams can be assigned to one or more workspaces to define who handles freight in each workspace.

Team Roles

Within a team, users can have different responsibilities:

• Coverage — Finding and quoting freight
• Execution — Managing loads after they're booked
