Common Issues
Apple Device:
- If you’re using your iPhone camera to scan the QR code on the screen, your on-time-password is likely being stored in the Apple Passwords App
- Go to the Passwords app on your iPhone, under “Codes”
Code Not Working
- Check your phone's time — Must be set to automatic/network time
- Use the correct app — Make sure you're using the right authenticator app
- Wait for a fresh code — Don't reuse codes; wait for a new one
- Check for typos — Enter the exact 6-digit code shown
Changed Phones
If you switched phones and lost access to your authenticator:
- Contact [email protected]
- Provide your account email and company name
- We'll verify your identity and reset your MFA
Lost Authenticator App
If you uninstalled your authenticator app:
- Reinstall the app
- If you saved backup codes, use one to log in
