Common Issues

Apple Device:

  1. If you’re using your iPhone camera to scan the QR code on the screen, your on-time-password is likely being stored in the Apple Passwords App
    1. Go to the Passwords app on your iPhone, under “Codes”

Code Not Working

  1. Check your phone's time — Must be set to automatic/network time
  2. Use the correct app — Make sure you're using the right authenticator app
  3. Wait for a fresh code — Don't reuse codes; wait for a new one
  4. Check for typos — Enter the exact 6-digit code shown

Changed Phones

If you switched phones and lost access to your authenticator:

  1. Contact [email protected]
  2. Provide your account email and company name
  3. We'll verify your identity and reset your MFA

Lost Authenticator App

If you uninstalled your authenticator app:

  1. Reinstall the app
  2. If you saved backup codes, use one to log in
