Automatically sync freight from your TMS to Cargado.

What It Does

• Syncs freight from your TMS to Cargado in real-time
• Does NOT automatically post freight (you control posting)
• Removes freight from Cargado when status changes to "booked" in your TMS
• Supplements missing data (e.g., border crossings, facility requirements)

How It Works

1. Cargado pulls freight data from your TMS via API or webhook
2. All freight details sync automatically (origin, destination, dates, equipment, etc.)
3. When you book a load in your TMS, it's removed from Cargado instantly
4. You choose whether to auto-post or manually post synced loads

Auto-Posting Rules

Load Sync does NOT automatically post freight. Posting is a separate decision.

• Review synced loads in Cargado
• Click "Post" on individual loads
• Full control over what gets posted
