Why Use the Desktop App?

The desktop app gives you the same Cargado experience with three key advantages:

Native Notifications

• See a red badge on your taskbar (Windows) or dock (Mac) when carriers bid on your freight
• Never miss a time-sensitive bid buried in browser tabs

Deep Linking

• Click any Cargado link from email, Slack, or Teams and it opens directly in the app
• No more hunting through browser tabs to find the right page

Tabs

• Work across multiple views without cluttering your browser
• Keep the load board, bids, and Chat open simultaneously

How to Download

1. Go to app.cargado.com/download
2. Select your operating system:
   • Windows — Download the installer (.msix)
   • Mac (Apple Silicon) — For M1/M2/M3 Macs
   • Mac (Intel) — For older Intel-based Macs
3. Open the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts
4. Log in with your Cargado credentials
