What Happens After You Match?

Once you accept a bid, Cargado connects you with the carrier via email. From there, you coordinate pickup timing, share documentation, and finalize details. The platform handles the introduction — you handle the relationship.

What brokers do after matching:

• Coordinate logistics — Confirm pickup timing, share BOLs, and send rate confirmation.
• Complete compliance — Ensure the carrier passes your internal onboarding before dispatch.
• Handle issues — Report problems to your CSM so we can hold carriers accountable.
• Build relationships — Good matches become repeat carriers for your lanes.

1. Match Email

You'll receive an automatic email connecting you with the carrier. All relevant parties are copied:

• You (the broker)
• The carrier
• Cargado support

The email includes:

• Match confirmation with agreed rate
• Carrier contact information
• Load/lane details
• Link to your carrier onboarding portal (if configured)
